The best quest rewards in Old School RuneScape are Barrows gloves from Recipe for Disaster, fairy rings from Fairytale II, Ancient Magicks from Desert Treasure I, Vorkath and the Myths' Guild from Dragon Slayer II, and Prifddinas from Song of the Elves. For raw XP, Dragon Slayer II and Monkey Madness II each pay out about 340,000 XP, and Waterfall Quest is the best early pick, taking Attack and Strength from 1 to 30 with no requirements.
OSRS has more than 180 quests, and most of them give you something. A few of them change how you play for the rest of your account. This list ranks the rewards you'll use for hundreds of hours, shows the quests with the biggest XP payouts, and puts everything in the order you'll unlock it.
