A building is boasting some of the best office views ever seen in Newcastle city centre - nine months before it has even been completed.
Stunning new images have been issued by designers behind the majestic Bank House office scheme, the 14-storey office block rapidly rising from the ground on the site of the demolished Bank of England building in Pilgrim Street. The new CGIs by Ryder Architecture show how businesses that move into the upper floors will have 360-degree views across Tyneside, including different aspects of the Tyne Bridge, river and Quayside quarter.
The joint letting agents for the building – Avison Young and Knight Frank – say there has already been lots of interest from potential tenants, but they expect interest to step up a gear after officially launching their marketing plan for the building. Bank House is the first building set to be completed as part of the £100m-plus development transforming Newcastle city centre.
