'Best in the world' - Chelsea supporters react as Edouard Mendy recovers his best form vs Qatar

Chelsea and Senegal goalkeeper Edouard Mendy produced the save of the World Cup so far against Qatar on Friday, provoking a reaction of incredible support from Blues supporters.

After losing to the Netherlands 2-0 on matchday 1, Senegal needed to bounce back with victory over the host nation. They were cruising whilst 2-0 up, but a bit of pressure from Qatar nearly resulted in them pegging one back with plenty of time to go in the second-half.

After a ball was whipped into the area from the left-hand side, Qatar wing-back Ismaeel Mohammad shinned an attempt towards goal from just six-yards out, but Mendy somehow got down to his right to claw the ball away.
