No matter how neat and organised your desk or cubicle may be, there’s a strange phenomenon that occurs the moment we need to reach for a pair of headphones to join a Zoom call.
Somehow, they disappear into office oblivion, blending in with computer hard drives and additional keyboards in an effort to make us look like bumbling buffoons on camera. What’s more, by the time we locate our headphones – chances are we’ve forgotten to recharge them, exposing us to that dreaded depleted battery sound. If they’re wired, we can pretty much guarantee that the cord will be tangled beyond belief.
