QR codes are easy-to-read barcodes that provide educators with a simple way to share links to educational materials with participants in classes, workshops, presentations etc.
While the very mention of QR codes might cause unpleasant flashbacks to pandemic-era dining for some, these have great utility in the classroom. QR codes have become my go-to way of disseminating materials when I teach or present a workshop IRL and, as I’ve written about previously, are one of my favorite alternatives to slideshows.
