Fans of Manchester City and other clubs are praising Kevin De Bruyne after producing yet another classy finish for his country Belgium as they took on Wales.
The midfielder hit home a first-time finish from the edge of the box to put the Red Devils 1-0 up after 10 minutes. It was his second goal of the season after netting against Bournemouth in August’s 4-0 win.
In the build-up to the game, De Bruyne described how he was “bored” of playing Wales when explaining that he feels like countries seem to be playing the same teams frequently in recent years. The City playmaker had scored against Wales twice before in his international career and celebrated subduedly when he raised this tally to three.

His casual finish was lauded by onlookers, some of whom have described him as the best midfielder in the world. Some even believe he is the best central player to have graced the Premier League.
In Saturday’s 3-0 win over Wolves, De Bruyne took his number of assists for the campaign to eight and in the process took his all-time Premier League total to 92 to match the number Steven Gerrard made in his career.
He registered a ninth of the term when he set up Michy Batshuayi for Belgium’s second of the night against Wales, which prompted fans on Twitter to throw superlatives at the 31-year-old once again.
