Manchester City fans have been trolling Liverpool supporters this evening after Nathan Ake scored during the Netherlands' 4-2 victory against Denmark.
Ake started alongside the Reds' Virgil van Dijk in a three-at-the-back formation for the World Cup warm-up match at the Johan Cruyff Arena. The Dutch had taken the lead through Steven Bergwijn before Jannik Vestergaard brought the visitors level.
City's defender then powered home a header to restore Holland's lead in Amsterdam. A Memphis Depay penalty put the Dutch in control heading into the break.
