After the warm weather over the last week, many Irish supermarkets have plenty of offers on summer essentials.
Even if the weather isn’t looking too good for the next while though, you can still enjoy these seasonal offers.
The likes of barbeque foods, picnic snacks and more are all on sale in Tesco, Dunnes, Supervalu and Lidl this week.

Other items in this offer include staples such as 800G ham fillet, 1200G Whole Chicken, and 554G Mince. Other options include Keohane Bantry king prawns, smoky tequila and lime chicken steaks and buffalo-style wings with ranch dip. There are also a range of kebabs.
These items range from about €3.65 to €4.19 on their own.

Sliced sandwich fillings such as Irish spiced beef eye of round, beef pastrami, aromatic curry chicken breast pieces, cajun chicken and corned beef.
There are also a number of different kinds of pasta available with fillings or pre-packaged pasta salads. Sausage rolls and falafels are also part of the deal.

However, Supervalu also have a range of offers on fish, including 33% off extra large raw peeled wild pink prawns, now €23.44/kg, and fresh hake fillets, now €14.40/kg. Both of these items are available at the fish counter.
As part of their ‘Summer Eating Fish Offers’, items such as fish cakes are available at 2 for €10. Union Hall smoked mackerel or peppered mackerel are available at 2 for €6, while selected prawns, cod and salmon are just €5 each.
Lidl
From this Thursday, June 23, Lidl have their Sol & Mar Andalusian range in store. This means you can have the taste of holidays from home.
Tapas dishes, croquettes with cured ham, Aranda flat bread, cod fritters and diced ham are just some of the items coming to Irish stores this week. Antipasti platters, driet tuna and cheese wedges are also available.
Desserts such as porras and almond ice cream will also be in store.
