Red Cactus is a line of all-natural, gluten-free, low-sodium salsas and other products made in Hannibal, Missouri. On the company’s website, the founder recounts an encounter with God on Interstate 70 in St. Louis. That path eventually led him to the salsa company that makes this cheese sauce. It’s made with real cheese, and maybe that’s why it doesn’t have that preservative taste many do. It also has a nice kick of jalapeno, which leaves a spicy aftertaste — not a bad thing.
