Best bank accounts for young people

There are so many current accounts on the market, all with different rewards and benefits that you can take advantage of.

A current account is a type of bank account that keeps your money secure and helps you manage your finances. They give you an easy way to make payments to others (for example, standing orders and direct debits) and let people pay you (for example, your employer).

The easiest way to open a current account is to fill out a form online, but some banks will allow you to open one over the phone or in-person if you go to a physical branch. You will also need to agree to the bank credit-checking you when you apply, regardless of whether or not you request an overdraft.
