It's back-to-school time here in France, which means a whole new season of cultural gems to look out for. In this edition we're talking about some of the Paris exhibitions on show, alongside a studio guest described as the "enfant terrible" of the Berlin art scene. German painter, sculptor, performance artist and installation artist Jonathan Meese tells Eve Jackson why art should rule the world, how artists must have absolute freedom and about his love for Little Red Riding Hood. His exhibition "DOCTOR-DOC-DR.-„HIGH NOON“ IS BACK! (WONDERLAND DE LARGE)" is on at the Templon gallery in Paris until October 28.
We also visit Australian artist Ron Mueck's new show at the Fondation Cartier to see his larger-than-life sculptures and we get a glimpse of an exhibition devoted to French fashion photographer Frank Horvat at the Jeu de Paume in Paris.
