For the fourth quarter, Starwood Property Trust had an EPS of $1.10, compared to year-ago quarter EPS of $0.50. The stock has a 52-week-high of $27.00 and a 52-week-low of $22.37. At the end of the last trading period, Starwood Property Trust closed at $23.75.
