Manchester United have issued an immediate response to Newcastle tabling a bid for RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko.

On Monday it was reported that Newcastle’s improved offer for the in-demand Slovenia international was worth at least £69million (€80million) including £8.6million (€10million) in add-ons thus taking the overall package to £78million (€90million).
