Benjamin Netanyahu Accepts Mandate To Form Israel’s Next Government

Benjamin Netanyahu Isaac Herzog Israel Knesset Likud Likud Party

Israel’s Likud party leader Benjamin Netanyahu received the mandate to form the country’s next government from President Isaac Herzog on Sunday, 13 Nov.

“After a series of election campaigns, the people clearly decided in favor of establishing a government headed by myself,” Netanyahu said at the opening of his remarks after Herzog tasked him to form a coalition.
