In a hilarious turn of events, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Jake Browning will apparently undergo a league-mandated drug test following his team’s win over the Minnesota Vikings in Week 15.
After steering the team to the shocking overtime win — its third consecutive victory to remain alive in the playoff hunt — Browning took to his Instagram stories to reveal he received a testing request from the NFL.
These tests are random, but it’s always funny when they pop up after a big performance. Browning threw for 324 yards and a pair of scores during the win and over his last three outings in place of Joe Burrow has totaled seven touchdowns. Now, his Bengals are 8-6 and in prime playoff positioning.
