The Cincinnati Bengals may be looking to add some depth at the defensive tackle position and perhaps a Houston Cougar could be on that possibility list.
Per Kelsey Conway of the Cincinnati Enquirer, the Bengals will be hosting Houston DL David Anenih as part of their Top 30 visits.
Anenih played five seasons for the Cougars and started all 14 games in 2021, where he recorded 30 tackles, 9.5 tackles, 4.5 sacks and one forced fumble.
Anenih has shown to do well rushing the passer and dropping back into coverage. He can come in on third downs as a situational pass-rusher and be part of an edge rotation.
Anenih is projected as a day three pick likely more toward the back end of the draft.
