One day removed from appearing to have a little trolling fun on the injury report, the Cincinnati Bengals got back to business as usual.
On the second injury report before Monday night’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Bengals got much healthier:
- DL Jay Tufele (DNP)
- CB Chidobe Awuzie (FP)
- DE Trey Hendrickson (FP)
- LB Akeem Davis-Gaither (LP)
- WR Tee Higgins (FP)
- DT B.J. Hill (LP)
- DE Sam Hubbard (FP)
- OT D’Ante Smith (LP)
- CB Cam Taylor-Britt (LP)
- QB Jake Browning (FP)
- TE Tanner Hudson (FP)
- TE Drew Sample (FP)
- LB Logan Wilson (FP)
For those keeping track, that’s four players who were upgraded to full participant status on the day — headlined by Tee Higgins.
Higgins, who shot down ideas that his absence has been anything other than health-related, remains on track to make his big return. Everything else files under the as expected territory as some guys who received veteran rest days are getting back into the mix.
