The official list of opponents on the 2023 schedule for the Cincinnati Bengals might seem tough, but there’s quite a silver lining.
It’s one that shouldn’t go overlooked either — the Bengals will travel the fewest miles this season.
As ESPN’s Adam Schefter pointed out, the Bengals will travel just 11,942 miles during their 2023 schedule, going through just 12 timezones. For comparison, the Seattle Seahawks are tops in the league at 31,600 miles and 36 timezones.
Last season the Bengals traveled the sixth-fewest miles in the NFL at 10,836 across four timezones.
The Bengals won’t play internationally year, as that schedule was announced Wednesday and obviously inflates these numbers for a handful of teams.
Bengals fans and the organization will find out the official schedule on Thursday night.
Seahawks will travel 31,600 miles this season, the most in the NFL, per @billsperos.
