Ben Shephard has sold his home in Richmond for £5.3 million and upgraded to a 10-bedroom mansion.
The This Morning presenter, 50, bought the impressive property in south-west London for £2.95 million in 2016 and lived there with his wife Annie and sons Jack and Sam.
Shephard - who reportedly earns £550,000 a year for his ITV hosting gig - has shared glimpses in the past of the four-bedroom home, which boasts a huge sprawling garden and a large open-plan kitchen and living room.
The family have now bought a huge new £3.5 million home in west London close to the River Thames, according to the Daily Mail.
The Grade II-listed property, thought to be around 300 years old, was previously the home of a bishop.

While Shephard and his wife Annie are “thrilled” with their new purchase, it reportedly comes with a major “headache”.
Despite its size, it is thought the home has no driveway or back access and the only way in is through a small front gate, which could prove difficult with trying to gain access for any building work to modernise the home.
There is also reportedly a public footpath right next to the home, posing a potential privacy issue for the high-profile presenter.
“It's an absolutely beautiful house. But the layout means that if he wants to do any substantive works to alter it - and it does need updating - then he will have problems getting larger materials or the machinery in,” a source said.
“The only way in is via a relatively tiny front gate and as it's listed he's going to struggle to change the layout to alter that. So good luck to his architect and builder!
“I suspect that's why it needs updating - because it's so difficult to find a way to manage it. But that headache aside, Ben and Annie are thrilled with it.”

Shephard was reported to have received a major pay rise when he teamed up with Cat Deeley to take over as This Morning hosts from long-time duo Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.
His move to the new home is believed to have been overseen by his partner Annie, who is a design consultant specialising in gardens and interiors.
The large detached home was originally the home of Thomas Twining, who made his fortune in the tea trade after setting up his first tea house in 1706 in London and remained the family home for seven generations.
The property is thought to be in a riverside conservation area and boasts almost 6,000 square feet of accommodation.
Meanwhile, Shepard’s daytime TV co-host Deeley owns a mansion in Hampstead, north London, which she bought with her former partner Patrick Kielty.
The Birmingham-born TV presenter and Irish comedian paid £4.9 million for the rundown property in 2023 and won planning permission to transform it into a mid-century modern-style home.
They had been living in a north London rental home while refurbishing the Hampstead home.
Deeley was seen moving out of the rented pad in September after their split was announced in July following 12 years of marriage.
