Ben Hillman was left taken aback after a buyer "unexpectedly" halted a search during an episode of A Place in the Sun. The property expert was helping Ian and Emily find their dream holiday home in Mallorca on Wednesday's edition of the popular Channel 4 programme, as reported by the Liverpool Echo.
Armed with a maximum budget of £480,000, the couple were searching for a large property with enough space for their three children. However, Ben struggled to find a contender after the duo firmly dismissed the first two properties on the hunt.
It meant that Ben had to look further afield as he took Ian and Emily to a four-bed townhouse in Pollensa. Boasting a fantastic location with plenty of space, the property was listed at £358,974. Emily, though, was left underwhelmed as soon as she walked through the front door.
