The stage is set and Belsonic 2023 is now here.
With some huge names set to bring the buzz to Belfast, the festival returns from Saturday, June 3, until June 30.
This year's gigs are once again taking place at Ormeau Park and the line-up of acts is something to behold, with something to suit all musical tastes on the bill.

Where can I get tickets for Belsonic?
Tickets are on sale from Katys Bar at The Limelight and Ticketmaster ( Belfast City Centre ), www.ticketmaster.ie, www.belsonic.com and from all Ticketmaster outlets.
Please note the David Guetta, Paolo Nutini and Sam Fender gigs are completely sold out.
What are the age restrictions for Belsonic?
A number of different age restrictions apply for this year's set of gigs so be sure to check carefully before attending.
If you are attending:

- Lizzo - June 22
- Sam Fender - June 23
- Florence and the Machine - June 28
These shows are over 16s events, however, under 16s can attend provided they are signed in with Welfare Officers at the gates on the night and are accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian over the age of 25.
A parent or guardian can only sign in a MAX of 2 under 16s.
Sign-in is at the gates on the show day from 6pm.

These are strictly 16+ only events, ID is required for entry at the gates.
There is no sign in option for these shows.
What time do gates open?
Gates open each day at 6pm and curfew is usually around 11pm, headliners are usually expected on stage around 8.45/9pm but times will be posted on social media the day of the event.
Gates close/last entry is 9.45pm at each show.
How do I get to Ormeau Park by public transport?
Event Shuttle Bus
The event shuttle bus (Service 678) will travel to/from all Belsonic events at Ormeau Park from 1730 to 2315:
- Service 678, departing Howard Street and Great Northern Mall (Great Victoria Street) will run every 10 minutes from 17:30 at peak times and every 30 minutes off peak.
- First journey is timed to arrive at Ormeau Park just before gates open;
- Return journeys after the event will run every 3 minutes at peak times.
- Last journeys are timed to arrive in City Centre for 2330 hrs.
Nightmovers
Late evening Nightmover services will depart at 23:30.

Standard Metro fares will apply on both the Metro Service 678 Belsonic Shuttle and the Nightmovers Services (usual Inner, City & Extended Zones apply):

Special Event Travel by Translink
Translink will operate a range of special bus and train travel solutions for Belsonic 2023 to get the public to the concerts and home again.

Is there parking at Belsonic?
There is no designated parking at the Belsonic concert site. Organisers are advising concert-goers to travel by public transport if possible.
The public is reminded to respect the residents living in the surrounding area while attending any of the Belsonic concerts.
Can I bring food and drink in with me?
A wide range of catering and bar facilities will be available.
Food or drink not purchased on site cannot be taken into the venue, there will be searches in place.
Please contact the Promoter directly should you require to bring food for medical reasons at info@belsonic.com.
Photo ID is required for sale of alcohol at event.
Please note it is the concertgoer’s responsibility to prove their age when requested.
You must have ID to prove your age especially if you are deemed to not meet age policies for the event.
Some DO NOT points:
- Do not drink alcohol on board buses as it is illegal to do so. Enforcement and Seizure Operations will be in place at various locations on main roads to the venue & along pedestrian routes within the immediate vicinity of the venue. Offenders will be liable for £1000 fine.
- Do not bring alcohol, food, glass, cans, fireworks, flags, laser pens or pointers, spikes, studs or anything dangerous, umbrellas, poles, professional audio or visual recording equipment – you will not be allowed in with any of these items and there are no lockers for storage. Prohibited items will be confiscated and disposed of accordingly
- Football or GAA tops will not be permitted on the concert site, so please don’t wear these to the event.
- Do not park illegally.
- Please follow signs to designated car parks.
- Do not buy tickets from unofficial sources.
- Do not rush the exits after the concerts.
- Do not crowd surf, mosh or partake in antisocial behaviour as you will be removed from the venue without refund and relevant authorities will be notified.
Will there be security checks?
If you are attending Belsonic please be advised of additional security measures for all events. The safety of guests is of paramount importance and an increased search regime will be in place.
Organisers would like to advise all guests to arrive at the venue in good time, as there will be enhanced personal searches on entry.
In order to allow easy access, and cause minimal delays, they would like to discourage all guests from bringing bags to the event, and no luggage or large electronic devices (for example laptop computers) will be permitted.
Small personal cameras will be permitted, though guests will not be able to bring professional photography equipment into the venue. Please note that you may also be asked to remove coats or jackets in the search queue.
