A beloved mum tragically drowned in the bath the day before she was set to go on holiday.
Helen Louise Dean was discovered dead in the bath at her home which she shared with her two youngest sons.
An inquest held at Preston Coroner's Court on June 7 heard that, on the morning of January 16, one of her sons went to her home in Thornton-Cleveleys after concerns were raised by other family members who had been unable to get in touch with Helen.
