Beloved Edinburgh chippy hits the market after family run business for years

Fat Tony’s fish and chip shop and pizzeria is looking for new tenants to take over the leasehold.

The chipper that is located in Mayfield Road is well located for football and regulars to take advantage of.

Those looking to take on the unit would be required to pay a £20,000 leasehold for the eatery space that includes a chipper style basement, a space in the back including pizza ovens that could be used by a variety of takeaway enterprises and a front of house space that is traditionally suited for chippies.
