- The storyline, which will feature in the cartoon and real life, follows the revelation that his son, George Pig, is moderately deaf.
- Daddy Pig aims to raise £54,000 for deaf children and their families, reflecting the more than 54,000 children in the UK affected by hearing loss.
- His progress during the marathon on 26 April can be tracked via the TCS London Marathon app, which will also allow for public donations.
- The Peppa Pig family will also make an appearance at the TCS Mini London Marathon on 25 April, with a special episode airing from 18 April.
