SCOTLAND's under-21s held Belgium to a 0-0 stalemate this afternoon.
The teams faced off in a UEFA U21 Championship qualifier clash.
And Scott Gemmill's side - with some new faces involved - managed to secure a point.
However, with some big opportunities during the game, Scotland will be disappointed not to have grabbed a win.
That point was enough for Belgium to seal top spot in the qualifying group, though.
Connor Barron was the standout performer for Scotland - and perhaps even on the pitch.
Debutant Elliot Anderson also impressed, which will be a pleasing aspect for Gemmill.
Scotland showed great discipline throughout, not only with keeping theirs heads but in terms of the tactics implemented during the game.
There wasn't a great deal riding on the match for Scotland, other than collective and personal pride for the players. The result officially confirmed that Scotland's qualification hopes were dashed.
They certainly stepped up to the mark in that sense, and could feel a little unlucky not to convert any of their chances.
The Scotland backline also deserves plenty of credit for the way they defended resolutely at times.
