A Belfast woman who was diagnosed with breast cancer aged 27 said her 'world fell apart' when she first found out.

Alex Quinn was very fit, healthy and a newly qualified mental health nurse who had just been married for a year when she received her diagnosis in May 2019.

She was training for Everest basecamp and had the trek booked for that November with her husband.
