Homeowners at a Belfast apartment block have been told to pay nearly £6,000 in order to fix defects.
Residents living in the Obel Tower in the City Centre have been told that there has been difficulty getting the building insured due to repairs that are needed behind the building's cladding.
Lisa-Marie Saygiver, who owns an apartment in the building says that the bill has left her and many of the other residents "terrified" and feel they should not have to pay for defects on the structure of the building which they had not been notified prior to buying their homes.
