Plenty of new restaurants have been springing up around Belfast lately as society has started opening back up.
It's now easy to find pretty much any cuisine you fancy trying in the city, with the Lisburn Road and surrounding areas being a foodie's delight.
I first heard about Cú from Instagram, as photos of lovely tacos began to take over my feed. The Mexican restaurant opened up in late 2021, and seems to have enjoyed considerable success over the past few months as more and more people book in to try it out.
