Belfast restaurant Bia Rebel announces closure due to cost of living crisis

A Belfast restaurant has announced it will be closing due to the rising cost of living.

Bia Rebel opened at St George's Market in 2017, before operating from a food truck by the Big Fish and eventually moving to become part of the "vibrant little community" on the Ormeau Road.

The ramen restaurant won a multitude of awards, including Best Asian Restaurant in Northern Ireland at the Golden Chopsticks Award in September 2021.
