Belfast is the only port on the island of Ireland ready to build offshore wind turbines, according to a new report.
That's despite the Department for Economy providing no funding for the renewables sector, including wind and solar, over the past five years.
Wind Energy Ireland commissioned Gavin & Doherty Geosolutions to analyse Ireland's ability to construct the turbines it needs around its own shores.
