Leaving a job at a global company to launch her own business, Clair Gunning-Stitt has gone through the roller-coaster of emotions that comes with being an entrepreneur.
The Belfast woman, who is 50, created Oh My Glam in 2018, with a vision of being accessible to all, with high-end beauty products for affordable prices.
Speaking to Belfast Live this week, as she launched new body sprays which are taking to the shelves in stores across the UK soon, Clair revealed that her products will also be on the shelves of Tesco stores.

"I always wanted my brand to be high-end cosmetics and products that people could buy at an affordable price and that's what Oh My Glam is all about," she said.
"We try and offer something very similar to big brands, but at a price where people can afford to have it in their makeup bags. With the new launch, we had looked at the market and where it was going, and noticed a gap for body sprays.
"My business partner is extremely good with scents and perfume, he understands that market very well so we went out to try and create our own range called Influscents and the name really came from us being influenced by other major scents. They are £3.50 on our website but chemists have bought into them in a big way, and they are retailing them as low as £1.99 - we want people to be able to purchase the range."
Oh My Glam has released 10 scents of Influscents, with plans for another 20 to come out down the line.
And having created the business in her late 40s, Clair is an advocate of hard work no matter your age.
"It has been all systems go for the Oh My Glam team. We are such a small group, and we're all involved, and just are elated right now with this new launch and plans for the future," Clair added.
"We want to have our brand in every kind of retailers across Ireland, the UK and beyond. We now have agreed full distribution for Tesco Ireland, which I am just complete delighted with. To walk in and see your product on a shelf, that is incredible and I cannot wait util the day that I walk into Tesco, and see Oh My Glam there. That will be amazing.
"I can't thank people enough for their support. Every single customer that we have ever had, we appreciate. With this new product, we wanted to support people in the middle of this cost of living crisis. We want people to be able to treat themselves, and make themselves feel good. That's something we are passionate about.
"Now it is a tough road, but if you are prepared to do the hours, you'll eventually get there. Age is just a number, and I am 50, but it doesn't slow me down. I think the more you are invested in it, the younger you feel!"
