A West Belfast gym is hoping to raise the heart rate and plenty of cash with a big charity workout this weekend.
Hi-Performance Training in in Springbank Industrial Estate will put its trainers and members to the test with a '90 rounds in 90 minutes' circuit on Saturday, December 10.
All money raised will go to charities including Cash For Kids and Colin Neighbourhood Partnership.

"At Hi-Performance we come together as a community every year to try and raise as much money as we can for local initiatives," said Hi-Performance owner and coach, James Higgins.
"We want to support local families during tough times, and with the cost of living crisis going on this will be a very difficult time of year for many families.
"We will divide all money raised between Cash For Kids, the Colin Neighbourhood Partnership, and hopefully people support us so we can help these wonderful charities.
"The routine will be 90 rounds in 90 minutes or a circuit. We have invited our members and non-members to come along and get a great workout in for a great cause.
"If anyone would like to come along, it is this Saturday starting at 12pm. It will run for 90 minutes and it is a family-friendly event. We would really appreciate any support.
"We have set up a JustGiving page where any donations can be made."
