Belfast City Airport new route to Frankfurt commences

Northern Ireland's only direct air link to Germany has launched.

Germany’s flag carrier airline Lufthansa commenced operations at Belfast City Airport at the weekend.

The airline, which is one of Europe’s largest, began operating flights from Belfast to Frankfurt on Sunday, April 23, 2023.
