A watchdog says health chiefs have “questions” to answer after a man with hundreds of criminal convictions was jailed for a sexual assault on a care home resident.
The Commissioner for Older People Eddie Lynch raised concerns after 75-year-old Alexander Reynolds, himself a resident in the home, assaulted the woman.
Mr Lynch says he will be raising the “deeply shocking” incident with the Health Trust responsible.
