Dancing On Ice returned to our screens on Sunday night, with a whole new batch of celebrity skaters trying their luck on the ice.
Love Island's Liberty Poole, Coronation Street's Sally Dynevor, Regan Gascoigne, Ben Foden and paralympic athlete Stef Reid are just a few of the famous faces hoping to be crowned this year's skating champion.
Each week, the celebrity contestants will battle it out to wow the judges and impress viewers watching at home - after training hard all week with their professional partners.
The lives shows are renowned for their glitz and glamour, but behind the scenes, things are a little less polished.
The likes of Liberty and Sally have been giving fans an insight into what goes down off-camera, as they get to grips with a rigorous training routine.
On Saturday - ahead of the big first show - Sally, 58, delighted fans when she shared footage of herself in a dressing gown enjoying a late-night skate with her partner Matt Evers.
Dressing in cosy, fluffy house coats and clear protective face visors, the duo gave their followers a sneak peak of what the normally packed ITV ice rink looks like totally empty.
The Coronation Street star beamed as she glided around in her grey dressing gown - knowing the next time she took to the ice would be donning a more glamourous look.
Sally isn't the only Dancing On Ice star to share some behind-the-scenes snaps of the ITV show.
Love Island's Liberty has also been keeping her fans updated on the hard work required to be show-ready on Sunday nights.
The reality TV star took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday morning to reveal just where she buys the fuel for her stamina in training - Greggs!
"Training today. Had the usually daily stop off at Greggs," the blonde beauty told her 1.5 million followers.
"Me and Joe cannot function without it. A nice pasty, a hot chocolate - yum!!
Liberty - who is partnered up with professional skater Joe Johnson - then went on to share more snippets of her training schedule.
"Turning the least elegant person into a ballet student," the star captioned a clip of herself posing and pivoting on Tuesday morning.
The novice skater then headed into the dance studio - sharing a couple of clips of herself writhing on the floor to Justin Timberlake's hit singer Sexy Back.
"Too much fun with you," she told her partner Joe, as they giggled on the floor of the studio.
Liberty then went on to credit her mentor's teaching skills and revealed that prior to her stint on the ITV show, she had never even had so much as one dance lesson.
Sharing a clip of the pair dancing in perfect harmony together, the star wrote: "Considering I have never had a dance lesson before, I'm proud @joejohnson best teacher!"
Joe returned the compliment over on his own Instagram Stories, telling his celebrity partner: "You're such a joy to dance with. I CANNOT wait for Sunday."
This weekend's offering on Dancing On Ice will see all the celebrity contestants compete on the ice for the first time - apart from Rachel Stevens.
The S Club 7 singer has sustained an injury which will see her unable to perform on Sunday night.
A spokesperson for the show said on Wednesday: "Due to an injury sustained in training and on the expert advice from the Dancing on Ice medical professionals, Rachel Stevens will not skate in this Sunday's show.
We look forward to her returning to the show next weekend."
* Dancing on Ice airs on Sundays at 6.30pm on ITV and ITV Hub.
