Beauty bloggers are using hair dye to create fake freckles

Instagram and Tik Tok beauty bloggers are trying out bizarre trends without caring about their skin. And, the latest trend to go viral is trying temporary hair colour on the face to get fake freckles. Well, yes you read that right!

Freckles are clusters of concentrated melaninized cells which are most easily visible on people with a fair complexion and now, these marks have become a thing of beauty.

Beauty enthusiasts have figured out ways to fake these freckles using a light splash of instant root concealer spray originally means for hair on their cheeks and nose.

Many Tik Tokers and Instagrammers have started trying out the viral hack without caring about its effect on their skin.

Bloggers can be seen spraying the hair colour on a tissue/wipe and blindly applying it on their faces, creating a large brown blur across the eyes, nose, cheeks and forehead.

Well, before you try it out, you've got to have a look at the failed experiments of the beauty bloggers. Also, keep in mind the fact that the chemicals in certain hair dyes and colours, especially temporary ones may seep into the skin and lead to rashes. Further, these may lead to a range of allergic reactions, such as dermatitis of eyes, ears, scalp and face. Respiratory problems: The toxic fumes emitted by the chemicals may lead to respiratory issues.

You could try another way to create fake freckles. To get the freckles without much ado, chose a medium and a dark brown coloured eye pencil and tap around your face. Just don't try to get a perfect round shape as they will look natural if they are oddly-shaped. Just remember to not smudge it till it dries. Then lock it with some loose powder.
