The family of a "beautiful" Hebburn woman who died after begging for hospital treatment will continue to honour her memory.
Rachel Shaw, 31, took her own life in September 2020 after being "tormented" by hallucinations during a psychotic episode.
On Wednesday, Newcastle Senior Coroner Karen Dilks found that an assessment which decided not to offer Rachel a bed at a psychiatric hospital had been "compromised" by a number of "failures", although she stopped short of ruling this a direct cause of her death.
