Beau Hossler showcased a stellar performance at the Sanderson Farms Championship, carding an 8-under 64 to secure a one-shot lead heading into the weekend as he vies for his maiden PGA Tour victory. Despite an initial setback with a three-putt bogey on the first hole, Hossler rebounded magnificently, sinking a 30-foot eagle putt on the par-5 fifth hole and maintaining his momentum throughout the round.
Following closely behind is Daniel Berger, who continued his strong play with a flawless 65, featuring seven birdies and no bogeys. The leaderboard also includes Keith Mitchell, Jacob Bridgeman, and David Skinns, with Skinns notably overcoming a slow start to finish the day on a positive note.
