The Chicago Bears got some good news on the injury front regarding rookie wide receiver Velus Jones Jr.
After missing the first three games after suffering a hamstring injury in the preseason, Jones is expected to make his NFL debut when the Bears take on the New York Giants.
Jones, a third-round pick, showcased his speed and versatility as a receiver and as a return specialist. If Jones suits up, expect him to be featured on special teams.

Meanwhile, kicker Cairo Santos has been ruled out against the Giants, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. Santos been dealing with a personal issue and didn’t travel with the team.
The Bears signed kicker Michael Badgley on Saturday, and he’ll kick in Santos’ place on Sunday.
