The Chicago Bears have released their inactives ahead of their Week 5 prime-time game against the Washington Commanders, where Chicago desperately needs a win as they look to snap an active 14-game losing streak.
Safety Jaquan Brisker, who was questionable, will play tonight against the Commanders. It’s huge news for hte secondary, already without their top cornerback Jaylon Johnson (hamstring) and safety Eddie Jackson (foot), who were previously ruled out.
Buy Bears TicketsLeft guard Teven Jenkins was activated off injured reserve earlier today, and he’ll officially be back in the lineup against Washington. It’s a huge boost to the offensive line, as Jenkins was argubaly their best offensive lineman last season.
Wide receiver Chase Claypool is also inactive after not being with the team at Halas Hall all week, per the team’s instructions.
