What’s the latest with the Chicago Bears?
The Bears were defeated by the Minnesota Vikings, 19-13, on Sunday. It marked the team’s 15th defeat in the last 16 games dating back to last season. Chicago still hasn’t won a home game since Week 3 of the 2022 season.
To make matters worse, starting quarterback Justin Fields suffered a dislocated right thumb on his throwing hand that’s expected to sideline him in Week 7 (and perhaps beyond).
Here’s a look at the most recent and relevant Bears stories for the morning of Oct. 17.
