The heated post-match incident after the IPL game on Monday between hosts Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore has taken the tournament by a storm, after two icons of the game -- Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir -- almost came to blows during a verbal altercation.
The animosity between former RCB captain Kohli and LSG mentor Gambhir dates back to 2013 when, as Kolkata Knight Riders' captain, Gambhir took on Kohli in an aggressive on-field exchange during the IPL.
