Robert F. Kennedy Jr., is set to become the new head of the Department of Health and Human Services, is no stranger to conspiracies and outlandish statements.

Now, Kennedy is just one vote away from securing his cabinet position after the Senate voted 53-47 along party lines to end debate on his nomination Wednesday. The final confirmation vote could come as soon as Thursday.
