An expert on The Wheel warned Michael McIntyre of impending complaints after spotting a problem with the show.
At the time, Shan from Liverpool was on The Wheel, hoping to win enough money to see her son in Vietnam.
Host Michael asked her the question: "Which of these BBC documentary series began first?"

The options were Arena, Horizon, Imagine and Panorama.
Shan initially thought the answer was Panorama, however, celebrity expert Nikki Fox convinced her otherwise.
Nikki said she thought it was Horizon, and as the 'documentary expert', Shan went with her choice.
But Shan lost her chance to play for thousands when the correct answer of Panorama was revealed.
But one celebrity expert felt Shan may have been unlucky with the question.
Channel 4's Krishnan Guru-Murthy shouted out: "I would say stewards inquiry, you're going to get complaints."
Michael responded: "What about?"
Krishnan said: "Panorama is not a documentary series, it's current affairs."
Michael said: "Does that mean you'll be complaining?"
However, Michael seemed adamant that their question was correct.
He added: "Well I've had it on good authority that apparently it is a documentary series."
BBC describes Panorama as an investigative documentary series revealing the truth about the stories that matter', while Wikipedia labels it a 'current affairs programme'.
