The One Show fans were left 'broken' as host Alex Jones whispered a sweet message to Rylan Clark following his interview about his marriage breakdown on the show. Rylan, usually a presenter on the show, was on the opposite side of the sofa as he was interviewed by Alex and Roman Kemp about his new book Ten: The Decade That Changed My Future on Thursday evening (September 29).
Rylan spoke about the terrible time he had over the last year since he split from husband Dan Neal. As reported by Birmingham Live, he told viewers: "I'm on my way to sorting this out [points to his head], sorting this out [points to his heart]. Things take time.

"I got very bad last year to the point in the book there's a warning in the book about things I talk about. My personal life is my personal life but unfortunately last year it became public so let's just be honest about it. I clearly can't deal with secrets."
At the end of the interview, viewers spotted a sweet exchange between Rylan and his co-host and friend Alex. He winked at her and mouthed 'I love you', before she mouthed back 'I love you too'.
