BBC Strictly's Maisie Smith shows off toned abs in loved-up snap with Max George as their relationship heats up

Strictly Come Dancing star Maisie Smith has shared a loved-up snap with her beau Max George. The former EastEnders actress showed off her toned physique whilst posing in the mirror alongside her new boyfriend.

Rumours began circulating about a romance between Maisie and Max after they both appeared on the Strictly Come Dancing live tour earlier this year. Maisie, who played Tiffany Butcher in EastEnders, wasn't on the original line-up for the tour but stepped in last-minute to replace TV presenter AJ Odudu, who had suffered an foot injury days before the final of the BBC One dance contest.

The actress, 21, and The Wanted singer, 34, recently confirmed their relationship by making a stance to the public after going 'Instagram official' last week. The singer shared a message of support for his new girlfriend as she made her debut on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins on Channel 4.

Posting a picture of Maisie from Celebrity SAS, Max wrote: "You're my winner already," followed by a love heart.

The couple appear to have got together shortly after Max, who shot to fame as one-fifth of boyband The Wanted, split from his partner Stacey Giggs back in August.

Maisie and Max first met back on Strictly Come Dancing in 2020 when Maisie was partnered up with Kevin Clifton and Max was partnered up with Dianne Buswell.

The couple recently added each other's names into their Instagram bios followed by a red heart emoji.

Most recently Maisie has shared a picture of herself to her 1 million Instagram followers showing off her toned physique with Max leaning into her.

The pair appear to be closer than ever in the loved-up snap to which Maisie captioned: "Yours."

Her boyfriend also shared the photograph alongside the caption "Mine."

Max then commented on Maisie's photo writing "always" as the actress wrote on his "my world."
