Strictly Come Dancing's Helen Skelton is carrying a few injuries after she took a few tumbles in training. It comes ahead of a "special" upcoming dance in Saturday's show (October 22).
Giving an update from rehearsals on Wednesday (October 19), Blue Peter and Countryfile star Helen said she'd taken a few knocks during the preparations in the studio, reports Chronicle Live. Helen said she was very looking forward to being able to dance to a song that was the soundtrack to her big TV break. But, appearing as a guest on Friday's Lorraine (October 21), she did admit it hadn't been all plain sailing in the lead up to Saturday night.
Speaking to guest host Ranvir Singh, Helen said: "I'm so excited about this week, because I get to do a Charleston to the Blue Peter theme tune. I was a Blue Peter for so many years; loved it, it was my identity, so the chance to do a fun dance to this, I'm really excited."
