Strictly Come Dancing star Giovanni Pernice sent his co-star Shirley Ballas a sweet message as they partied together.
The Strictly judge has been recovering from an injury following a gardening accident, but despite this, she was all smiles for a recent birthday celebration with her colleagues.
Earlier this week, Shirley took to the red carpet of a Comic Relief gala with a bandage on her foot. The Queen of Latin said in her Instagram stories that her injury was caused by a gardening accident prior to attending the event.
On Monday, Shirley celebrated the birthday of Sarah James, the executive producer of Strictly Come Dancing. She shared several pictures of the evening, including one of Giovanni sweetly embracing her.
Shirley said: "A few snaps with some of the @bbcstrictly family. Celebrating the 40th birthday of our superstar @sarahjamesface.
"A beautiful soul inside and out. So very blessed to have her as our executive producer. Her work is flawless."
Commenting on the post, Giovanni said: "Love ya." Fellow co-star Vito Coppola shared three love hearts.
