BBC Strictly fans worried as they spotted Tony Adams and Katya Jones 'having words'

Strictly Come Dancing fans took to social media to ask if all was okay after they spotted dance partners Tony Adams and Katya Jones appearing to be "having words." Strictly viewers aired their concern following their performance last night (Saturday November 5).

The pair were the last couple of the night to perform and they tore up the dancefloor on the BBC dance contest with their salsa to I Know You Want Me by Pitbull. However as they faced the judges they looked gutted as they were pulled up on mistakes.

Former Arsenal footballer Tony has become a firm favourite among Strictly Come Dancing fans despite landing at the bottom of the leaderboard and seems to be improving each week. He had a storming Halloween week with a devlish quickstep that amazed the judges.

But on Saturday night, Tony made mistakes in his routine and they looked crestfallen. "You went a bit wrong," said Anton Du Beke. "No darling, it didn't work. It's a shame," said Craig Revel-Horwood.

Motsi Mabuse said: "Tony, you tried so hard, maybe a little too hard but you tried and you know what? Stuff goes wrong in life. We pick up our crown and we salsa it out."

And Katya spoke out when head judge Shirley Ballas said: "Tony, I actually thought you tried to give me a rotation when you stepped back." Looking upset she told Shirley: "He did, all week, do you eant to see it again?"

As Tony clapped his hand to his head, Shirley reassured: "Tony don't despair. You had a lovely sense of line in the middle, and you had some nice rotation."

"I will not accept that face," host Claudia Winkleman later told Tony when he reflected on his score. This week they scored 21 points out of a possible 40.

And just before the credits rolled on the show, Tony and Katya looked as though they were in the middle of an intense discussion on the danceflooras hosts Claudia and Tess Daly jovially drew proceedings to a close. Fans took to Twitter to ask what was going on.

@Mrs_katjones said: "Hey Katya hope you’re ok. Just wanted to make sure you and Tony are still getting along. It looked like you were arguing last night in the closing credits just wanted to make sure you were both ok sending love."

@ffionlewis97 said: "I actually feel bad for Tony here, looks like he's getting a right tell off." @a11yyy_46 asked: "Lipreaders of twitter, what did Katya tell Tony in the end?" and @Dragonics_ wondered: "Was Katya having words with Tony then in the background? She did not look happy!!!"
