Tears flowed as Strictly Come Dancing opened its results show with a tribute to the fallen and to remember our late Queen. Sunday's show opened with a touching tribute to Remembrance Sunday with a beautiful ballroom number performed by the Strictly professionals.
Fans said they were 'bawling' over the poignant performance which included an image of Queen Elizabeth II, who passed away aged 96 on September 8. Her picture was beamed onto a big screen as the dancers bowed and curtsied in respect.
The UK's longest-serving monarch, in her first public engagement in 1942 as Princess Elizabeth, inspected a parade of the Grenadier Guards to whom she had become honorary colonel. In the final year of the Second World War she joined the Auxiliary Territorial Service and was Second Subaltern Elizabeth Windsor.
